This is a dangerous statement, and typical of behavior that creates drama. Silence only lets others know something is wrong with the “silent” person. It does not tell anyone they did something wrong, or what that wrong was. Telling someone they did something wrong, and what it was they did wrong, and getting clarification from that person that they understand what you are saying, is the best way to tell them they did something wrong, and is the straightest path to opportunity to do the right thing.
