Awaken the Giant Within offers actionable and practical advice on how to turn your life around. This book WILL get you to “take action” like no one else. I’d recommend grabbing his Get the Edge: A 7-Day Program To Transform Your Life program as well. It’s perfect for when you’re stuck in traffic.
The Obstacle Is the Way: The Timeless Art of Turning Trials into Triumph by Ryan Holiday – This one’s loaded with pearls of wisdom & advice on how to overcome obstacles thrown your way. It’s a must-read for anyone who’s not used to failure.
177 Mental Toughness Secrets of the World Class: The Thought Processes, Habits and Philosophies of the Great Ones, 3rd Edition by Steve Siebold – If you’re in need of a wake up call, this book is it! I’d recommend two highlighters for this one – it’s that good!
Love Yourself Like Your Life Depends On It by Kamal Ravikant – If you’ve spent most of your life caring for others but never caring for yourself then this book will change your life as it did mine. You can breeze through it in less than 40 minutes. I recommend reading it twice and following his step-by-step instructions on how to love yourself. Also, pick up his other book Live Your Truth.
Last Child in the Woods: Saving Our Children From Nature-Deficit Disorder by Richard Louv – As a kid, I spent a lot of time outdoors – playing and exploring, so I was naturally drawn to this book. I’ve always known about the health benefits of being in nature. This book confirmed it.
Wishes Fulfilled: Mastering the Art of Manifesting by Dr. Wayne Dyer – I’ve read all of his book and this one is my favorite. There are a lot uplifting stories in it. Great book for anyone going through hard times.
Tiny Beautiful Things: Advice on Love and Life from Dear Sugar by Cheryl Strayed – Cheryl offers deep, practical and non-traditional advice on how to overcome life’s challenges. I really enjoyed this book and highly recommend it.
The Gift of Fear and Other Survival Signals that Protect Us From Violence by Gavin de Becker – His message is simple: we have fear for a reason. Fear is a very important survival mechanism – by ignoring it, we open ourselves to those who would harm us. Another highly recommended book; the pre-attack indicator tools in it could save your life.
The Untethered Soul: The Journey Beyond Yourself by Michael A. Singer – Read this book!
The Book of Est by Luke Rhinehart – Author describes what it was like to attend the original Est training. If you’ve been to a Tony Robbins or Landmark seminar – you’ll enjoy this book.
The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up: The Japanese Art of Decluttering and Organizing by Marie Kondo – Great book on how to reduce stress by decluttering your home.
Living Loving and Learning by Leo F. Buscaglia – If you aim to become a kinder and more loving person then this book will have served its purpose. It’s full of inspiration that will guide you to becoming a more loving human being. Here’s a review I found online: This is a book that will make you feel better about the life you are living. It makes you see people and your environment in a more uplifting light without being preachy. For anyone who needs to remember what feeling happy is like, read this book. I read this book over two years ago, and pick it up from time to time to read certain parts or to just browse through it once more. Each and every time I pick up this book, I walk away with a smile on my face and in my soul. This book helped me to re-define who I am so that I could become the more caring, loving person I want to be. And to think, all I had to do first was love myself! Amazing!!

The Law of Divine Compensation: On Work, Money, and Miracles by Marianne Williamson – If you’re looking to reconcile your issues with money then check this one out. Marianne gives causes for our financial blocks and provides mindfulness strategies and principles to create change in our lives.
Dropping Ashes on the Buddha: The Teachings of Zen Master Seung Sahn by Seung Sahn – An entertaining and easy-to-read book on the teachings of Zen Buddhism. Also, check out Only Don’t Know: Selected Teaching Letters of Zen Master Seung Sahn.
Astral Projection: Expanding Your Consciousness Beyond the Physical – The Essential Guide to Mastering the Art of Astral Travel (Astral Projection, Astral … Astral Plane, OBE, Out-of-Body Experience) by Glen Bryant – A great, in-depth book on astral projection. Using the techniques from the book, I was able to leave my body for a brief second. I remember thinking, “Holy cow, the buzzing, it’s really happening… I’m about to leave my body!” But the excitement pulled my “astral body” back into my physical body. The Secret Teachings of Plants: The Intelligence of the Heart in the Direct Perception of Nature by Stephen Harrod Buhner – Learn how to use your heart as an organ of perception. It’s a pretty deep book written by an Earth poet. Great for anyone who spends a lot of time in nature and wishes to deepen their relationship with the plant kingdom.

The reason most people are broke is because of their money blueprint. If you can change the blueprint then you’ll start attracting wealth, it’s that simple. Anything You Want by Derek Sivers – This book is packed full of wisdom for starting and running a successful business. A fairly quick read and worth the time it takes.
