Werner Erhard is an American author, lecturer, and founder of Erhard Seminars Training (est), which from 1971 through the early 1980s introduced more than 700,000 people to a structured approach to personal transformation.
His work draws from Zen Buddhism, phenomenology, ordinary-language philosophy, and his own observations of how language and integrity shape what is possible in a human life.
His core distinctions on integrity, performance, and the role of the listener in human communication continue to inform leadership programs, executive coaching, and the Landmark Forum.
