Hi There,

My name is Sally and I am writing because even as I enter my mid-30s I am still learning how our bodies change in terms of the foods we can and cannot digest easily. My parents are now in their late 60s and both have struggled food-wise. As a former Nutritionist, I have worked with them to develop healthier eating plans.

Now, as the content manager for a senior site, I thought it’d be useful to develop a guide to meal planning for older adults over 65. I know you are busy, so I won’t take too much of your time. We have researched breakfast, lunch, and dinner ideas so seniors can improve their nutritional intake while still enjoying their food. You can check the guide out here: https://www.shieldmysenior.com/meals-for-elderly/.

While doing a little research on new topics, I came across http://livelifehappy.com/life-quotes/eat-healthy-workout-read-books-be-positive/ and immediately I thought of our nutrition piece as a subject you would like to cover or add as a resource. Of course, I would also love to write a brief introduction or summary for you about nutrition for older adults to put on livelifehappy.com

Please let me know what you think!

Best Regards,
Sally
